About my work: empathetic, enlightening and innovative.
My coaching is psycho-spiritual in nature.
Psychological work helps you gain clarity about your patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds, while spiritual awareness offers a broader perspective on these insights. This approach supports you in reconnecting with yourself, feeling more clearly, and accessing the inner wisdom that lives within you.
In my work, I make use of my developed intuitive ability, which allows me to quickly get to the core of an issue, without the need for an extensive intake session.
During my training as a teacher, I developed a solid understanding of psychological principles, particularly in the field of developmental psychology. From that moment on, I have continued to deepen my knowledge of various psychological perspectives, as well as spiritual development and growth, through dedicated self-study. For me, self-study is not a separate path, but a way of life, driven by curiosity, attentiveness, and a deep desire to truly be of service to others.
In addition, I have completed several inspiring learning programs. One of the most meaningful was with Hans van den Muijzenberg, whose teachings have had a profound influence on the way I work.
Finally, I am a certified naturopathic health advisor and have expanded my expertise through further training in orthomolecular nutrition and supplementation.

About Elvira
I was born in Italy and worked there as a primary school teacher. What quickly became clear to me while teaching, was my passion for research into the inner world of children and the influences of the outside world on their thinking and actions. I learnt then how important it is for children to feel heard and seen. That there is room for their spontaneity and creative self-expression and their “ unique true self ”. In this way they maintain their vital energy, health, trust in and passion for life. So that they are mentally and physically balanced later as adults.
In my work, I focus on how the beginning of someone’ s life unfolds. Understanding early experiences allows individuals to continue on their unique path towards healing, connecting with their inner core, and living the life meant for them.
From experience, I often see a link between mental or physical complaints and childhood. Our educators, experiences, and the environment during that crucial time have much more influence on our lives and on our mental, emotional, physical and even spiritual health than we initially suspect. However psychology isn’ t everything; other factors also play a role in the development of a disease of psychological problem. When we learn to investigate and understand ourselves, space is created for healing and personal growth.
Life has taught me that the greatest journey we undertake is the one within, the one of self-discovery. Through deep introspection, I've learned to recognize, process, and release unnecessary mental and emotional baggage. Thanks to a thorough inner clearing, I've discovered the importance of staying true to myself, and by embracing and navigating moments of darkness, I have connected with my heart and discovered my life purpose.
I perceive life as a journey of discovery and inner growth, with each life experience serving as a teacher. I embrace everything that comes my way, for I have discovered that everything has meaning in our journey from Ego to Soul, towards our true nature and life purpose.
I have been strongly intuitive for as long as I can remember, and my ability to feel clearly has only grown stronger over the years. Intuition is our soul's compass, guiding us towards what is authentic and beneficial. It's an innate understanding that arises before our conscious mind can interfere. When developed to a certain depth, intuition can offer clear and precise insights that transcend our ordinary understanding.
Because I have struggled with physical complaint for a while, I also learnt how important it is to listen to your body, to give what it needs, and to live healthily. That's when I discovered orthomolecular medicine, which sparked my passion for this approach.
A few years ago, I decided to open my practice and named it “ Het Vitaal Loket.” The word vital originates from the Latin word ‘vita”, which simply means life. I gladly assist people on their journey towards healing and inner growth. At my practice, you can seek help for the challenges and struggles that life brings, and then use them as the path to self-discovery, self-healing, and inner growth.
You can find me in the Neude Library in Utrecht on two Saturdays per month. There, in my 'Life Questions Desk,' you can ask an important life question and get to know me and my approach.
